Account Management
Your images and video are safe and secure on dedicated Amazon Web Servers (AWS). They belong to you, but our app is not designed to display them to you yet. That feature is coming. In the meantime, if you need to access your files, contact support@popcodeapp.com.
They are all yours. You own all the media you link to your cards—we’re just acting as temporary custodians. While we can’t currently grant you visibility to your creations once the Popcode has been created, we’re working on creating the ability to sign up for User Accounts. For more information, see our Terms of Service
Until we offer user account functionality, you will not be able to access, edit or delete the media associated with your Popcodes. If there is an issue, please contact us at support@popcodeapp.com
Technical Support
First, check your device for connectivity issues. Popcodes scan best in well-lit settings. Finally, try twisting your phone left and right at different distances from the card. If you are still unable to read a Popcode, or you are getting a user error message, please contact support@popcodeapp.com and we will do our best to troubleshoot with you.
We are launching Popcode for iPhones only, but we plan to roll out an Android and web browser version shortly. Stay tuned!
You’ll need the Popcode app to read a Popcode. The app is free to download so what are you waiting for?
